Useful enough to earn its place
Shortcut Goods is a focused lifestyle-gadget brand for people who want everyday routines to work with less fuss. We curate practical tools for the car, desk, and home—the places where small annoyances repeat often enough to matter.
Our positioning
We sit between novelty-gadget marketplaces and expensive technology brands. The goal is not to offer thousands of products. It is to offer a small, understandable collection of useful shortcuts with clear demonstrations, honest guidance, and straightforward pricing.
Who we design the store for
Our core customer is a US adult aged roughly 25–44 who discovers practical products through short-form video, values a tidy setup, and will pay for convenience when the benefit is immediately clear. They are commuters, desk workers, apartment dwellers, home organizers, and practical gift buyers.
The Shortcut standard
- Fix a repeated annoyance. A product must solve a familiar problem, not merely look novel.
- Make the benefit easy to see. We favor products that can be demonstrated clearly in seconds.
- Be honest about fit. Compatibility, surfaces, dimensions, charging, and limitations should be explained before purchase.
- Validate before launch. Supplier economics are only the start; physical usability and quality must also pass review.
- Keep the catalogue focused. Products that do not earn their place are removed.
Brand character
Clear, capable, warm, and lightly playful. We use specific language instead of inflated claims. Our visual identity pairs graphite black and warm off-white with a signal-orange accent: practical, contemporary, and easy to recognize.
Good shortcuts. Better days.
