Prelaunch policy — effective 7 September 2026

Shortcut Goods is currently in product validation and is not accepting public orders. This policy will govern the initial United States launch unless the checkout states otherwise.

Delivery

Shipping options, price, and the current estimate are shown at checkout for the delivery address. The present supplier benchmark for Shortcut Grip is approximately 4–7 business days in transit to the United States after dispatch, but this is not a universal or guaranteed rate. Processing time, carrier disruption, customs, weather, peak periods, and address issues can extend delivery.

Tracking is provided when the fulfillment partner makes it available. Orders may ship separately if they contain items from different sources.

Address changes

Check the delivery address before payment. Contact us immediately about an error; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed parcel may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment where applicable law allows.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact support promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send the product back until return instructions are provided. When a claim is valid, Shortcut Goods will provide the remedy required by applicable law and cover necessary return costs.

Change-of-mind returns

The final return window and return address will be displayed before public launch. Items must normally be unused beyond reasonable inspection and returned with their included components and packaging. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
