Data we collect

We process information supplied at checkout or through support, such as name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, order details, and messages. We also process security and technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, session identifiers, consent choices, and payment or fraud status. Stripe receives payment details directly; Shortcut Goods does not receive full card numbers.

Why we use it

Data is used to operate checkout, take payment, deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the store, meet accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability. The relevant legal bases include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and consent where required.

Providers and transfers

Information is shared only as needed with providers for payments, hosting, analytics, support, sourcing, fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, and professional services. Current core services include Stripe, Apteva infrastructure, CJ Dropshipping, and delivery partners. Some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area using an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism where required.

Retention and rights

Transaction records are retained for applicable tax, accounting, consumer, and fraud-prevention periods. Other data is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or their local authority.

Cookies and similar storage

Essential storage supports security, cart state, checkout, and payments. Optional analytics or advertising storage is activated only after consent where consent is required. The Privacy choices control in the footer can be used to review optional tracking choices.
