Prelaunch terms — effective 7 September 2026

These terms govern purchases from Shortcut Goods, a trading name used for this store by Marc Olivier Schwartz, Carrer de Ramon Llull, 555, 6A, 08930 Sant Adrià de Besòs, Barcelona, Spain, VAT/NIF ESZ0491085V. Until a dedicated brand address is launched, contact support@feliqo.com and include Shortcut Goods in the subject.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, prices, variants, compatibility information, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Lifestyle images may be promotional renders; technical characteristics and included components are stated on the product page. Screen settings and production variation can affect appearance.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if payment, pricing, availability, address, sanctions, fraud, or fulfillment checks fail. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; Shortcut Goods does not receive full card details.

Shipping, tax, and delivery

Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Import charges not collected at checkout remain the customer's responsibility unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise.

Cancellations, returns, and faults

Contact support promptly if a change or cancellation is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. The Shipping & Returns page explains the operational process. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Shortcut Goods names, original images, copy, and site content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where law permits. The site may be used only for lawful shopping and support activity and must not be used to interfere with security or operation.

Liability and governing law

Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by Spanish law without removing mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
